Serious about RLS intellectual property.

RLS intellectual property (IP) is more than just a legal necessity, it’s a cornerstone of our strategy. It protects the ingenuity of our teams, reinforces our ability to make better protection, and demonstrates to our partners that we take innovation seriously. We’re committed to actively developing new IP while safeguarding the unique technologies that set RLS apart.

A patent portfolio with a purpose.

Our growing patent portfolio reflects our leadership in technical innovation, particularly in reducing rotational motion to the brain that can lead to concussion. It’s a vital asset that supports our expansion and underlines the strength of our R&D capabilities. We currently hold numerous approved patents across key markets — including the U.S. and Europe —and we continue to build on this foundation with several active patent applications in the works. With close to 20 patent families across all key territories, working to patent our intellectual property (IP) doesn’t just safeguard our work, it helps power our future.
